The Association for Research in International Adoption will assume a new focus soon. In addition to disseminating research findings to parents and agencies, we will also be initiating the Challenges and Opportunities Bulletin Board for parents of internationally adopted children. Researchers and clinicians with expertise in treating families with the challenges presented by early deprivation will offer responses to interested parents. Additionally, experienced adoptive parents will offer assistance to potential and new adoptive parents who seek to prepare themselves early for the challenges presented by some international adoptions. Stay tuned!
